The DEER holder can decide whether to add or delete a specific defi protocol on the protocol level whitelist. 

The DEER holder can propose to modify the platform fee. 

DEER holders can vote to modify or optimize the platform management structure. 

DEER holders can vote on new features at the protocol level. 

Reward function: the income from participating in DEERFi ecological construction and farming will be distributed with DEER.
